Fans flock to country music tour bus show

Country music fans descended on the Walmart parking lot in Hendersonville on Monday for the annual Christmas 4 Kids Tour Bus Show.

Matthew Crisp, right, and his family drove to Hendersonville from Chattanooga on Monday to meet celebrities like country music singer and former “American Idol” contestant Bucky Covington at the Christmas 4 Kids Tour Bus Show.

More than 30 up-and-coming artists as well as tried-and-true favorites greeted fans and signed autographs. Fans also got to walk through the on-the-road homes of some of country music's biggest stars — including Eric Church and Marty Stuart.

Young country music artist Hunter Hayes drew the biggest crowd with fans lined up from as far away as Virginia. The annual event raises money for Christmas 4 Kids, a nonprofit group that provides a Christmas experience to underprivileged children.
