Former Titan, 3HL host Blaine Bishop faces DUI charge

Former Tennessee Titans safety Blaine Bishop was arrested early Sunday morning and charged with driving under the influence, violation of implied consent law and speeding.

An officer with the Williamson County Sheriff's Office made the arrest at 3 a.m. after Bishop was pulled over for speeding on Interstate 65.

Bishop, 44, bonded out at $3,500.

He has a court date scheduled for 1 p.m. Dec. 18 in General Sessions Court.

Bishop played from 1993-2001 with the Titans, and was named to four Pro Bowls. He piled up 788 tackles in 138 games with the team. He played his final season with the Eagles.

Bishop is currently one of the hosts of a popular sports talk show in Nashville, 3HL on 104.5 FM.
