The 2015 hall of fame class was announced on Thursday.

Joining Omiyale, who played from 2001-04, is fellow football standout D.J. Bleisath (1999-2002), Willie Jenkins (basketball, 2003-05), Christeen Moye-Hagood (basketball, 1982-86) and Manny Goodman (rifle, 1987-90).

Omiyale, 32, was a four-year starter who was named to the Football Gazette Division I-AA (now Football Championship Subdivision) All-America Team and All-Ohio Valley Conference First Team as a senior.

He was selected by the Atlanta Falcons in the fifth round of the 2005 NFL Draft.

Along with the Falcons, Omiyale also spent time with the Panthers, Bears and Seahawks.

The class will be honored Nov. 14-15 during Tech’s homecoming weekend. The induction will take place at the Hall of Fame Dinner and the group will also recognized at the homecoming football game against Austin Peay.
