The "Property Brothers" have a song on the country charts as The Scott Brothers.

Fans of HGTV know Drew Scott and Jonathan Scott as the stars of the house renovation show “Property Brothers.” But the 37-year-old twins are aiming to expand their careers into country music as The Scott Brothers.

The men self-released the song “Hold On,” and Billboard reports that with 1.1 million streams in the U.S. for the week ending Feb. 18, the song came in at No. 24 on the Country Streaming Songs chart. Additionally, the song landed at No. 38 on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart. That puts the television personalities in the company of artists including Chase Rice, Justin Moore and Chris Stapleton.

The brothers penned the folk-sounding “Hold On” and a second song, "Let the Night Shine In," with Nashville songwriters Victoria Shaw and Chad Carlson. The songs were featured in their television special, “Property Brothers at Home on the Ranch,” that aired in the fall.

Billboard reports that a full country album will follow.
