Cheesecake Factory to open in Cool Springs Nov. 11

Franklin is getting its slice of the cake — cheesecake, that is — in mid-November.

The Cheesecake Factory is set to open in CoolSprings Galleria Nov. 11.

Serving its signature menu of savory and sweet dishes, the new space will seat approximately 220 in an 8,700-square-foot dining room.

The restaurant is hiring bartenders, cashiers, servers, cooks and more at jobs.thecheesecakefactory.com. The restaurant plans to hire more than 270 people.

Hours will be 11 a.m.-11 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 11 a.m.-12:30 a.m. Friday and Saturday and 10 a.m.-11 p.m. Sunday. The mall is located at 1800 Galleria Blvd. in Franklin.

Until then, Nashville fans can visit the restaurant at The Mall at Green Hills, 2133 Green Hills Village Drive.
