Tennessee Republican Party, Trump blast Clinton nomination
Moments before nominee Hillary Clinton accepted the Democratic presidential nomination on Thursday evening in Philadelphia, Tennessee's Republican Party blasted the former Secretary of State calling her "the most corrupt candidate ever."
“Tonight, the Democrat Party made history,"Tennessee Republican Party Chairman Ryan Haynes said in a statement. "The DNC just elevated the most corrupt candidate ever to be their Party’s presidential nominee. Despite their best efforts this week to obscure her terrible record, come November, voters in Tennessee will reject Hillary Clinton for her legacy of dishonesty and deceit.”
GOP Presidential nominee Donald Trump's campaign also criticized Clinton's nomination. Before her speech was even finished, Trump's campaign sent out an email claiming that he had watched the whole speech.
"Hillary is crooked. And she is a liar. I saw her speech," the Trump's campaign email said. "I believe the American people have had enough. I am more fed up than ever with Crooked Hillary and her corrupt friends in DC."
