Ed Temple memorial service set for Friday at TSU

A memorial service honoring legendary Tennessee State and Olympic track coach Ed Temple is scheduled for 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday at Kean Hall Gymnasium on campus.
All classes and meetings at the school will be canceled during that time.
Temple, who coached at TSU from 1953-94 and served as the Olympic track coach in the 1960 and 1964 games, died Thursday. He was 89.
The service is open to the public.
