FOURTH QUARTER

VANDERBILT 35, TSU 17

VANDY: Trent Sherfield 14-yard receiver reverse around left end for a TD with 6:08 left to play. Set up by Josh Crawford's 20-yard run to the TSU 25.  

THIRD QUARTER

VANDERBILT 28, TSU 17

VANDY: Blasingame 4-yard run for his third TD (career high). Webb runs up the middle for 49 yards to the TSU 24.

SECOND QUARTER

VANDERBILT 21, TSU 17

VANDY: Blasingame 3-yard TD run off left tackle untouched. Darrius Sims breaks free around left end for 33-yard run to the TSU 3 with 1:46 left in the first half.

TSU_ Lane Clark kicks 37-yard field goal. Erick Evans had back-to-back runs of 23 and 21 yards to the Vandy 18.

VANDY: Kyle Shurmur 21-yard TD pass to tight end Jared Pinkney. Set up by Shurmur's 14-yard pass to C.J. Duncan on 4th-and-5 at the TSU 37. 92-yard scoring drive is the longest for Vanderbilt this season.

FIRST QUARTER

TSU 14, VANDERBILT 7

TSU: Ronald Butler throws to Patrick Smith, who beats Torren McGaster down the right sideline 93 yards for a touchdown. It ties the TSU record for longest TD pass in a game.

VANDY: Khari Blasengame 1-yard run up the middle for a TD. Set up by 46-yard run by Ralph Webb to the TSU 7.

TSU: Butler 2-yard pass to Patrick Smith for a TD with 5:03 left in first quarter. Set up by Butler's 25-yard run to the Vandy 20.

PREGAME 

Vanderbilt plays at Georgia in its second straight SEC road game at 11 a.m. Saturday.

Injury report: Vanderbilt starting linebacker Nigel Bowden, starting offensive guard Delando Crooks, reserve offensive lineman Bailey Grainier out with injuries. Running back Ralph Webb suffered an ankle injury late in last week's loss at Kentucky, but he is suited up for today's game.
