George Strait, Miranda Lambert and more sing for Texas on hurricane relief telethon

Country music legend George Strait showed love for his home state of Texas during Tuesday night's "Hand in Hand" telethon for hurricane relief.

The star-studded telethon featured broadcasts from four cities — including San Antonio, Texas, where Strait played a benefit concert for the Rebuild Texas Fund.

Strait's concert at the Majestic Theatre included special guests Miranda Lambert and Chris Stapleton as well as Lyle Lovett and Robert Earl Keen. All five performers shared the stage during their "Hand in Hand" appearance, performing a medley of Strait's hits.

After an introduction by film star and fellow Texan Matthew McConaughey, they sang together on "Texas" and "I Believe."

"Hand in Hand" also featured performances from Nashville's Grand Ole Opry House by Blake Shelton and Usher, and Brad Paisley, Cece Winans, Demi Lovato and Darius Rucker.
