Former VP Joe Biden bringing 'American Promise' Tour to Nashville
Former Vice President Joe Biden is bringing his latest nationwide speaking tour to the Schermerhorn Symphony Center this fall.
Billed as "a series of conversations that will go beyond the 24-hour news cycle and 140-character arguments," his Nov. 19 show will have the Democratic politician discussing his career, leadership qualities and how the loss of his son Beau in 2015 changed his outlook on family.
Biden has been a harsh critic of President Donald Trump and is rumored to be mulling a run for president in 2020. The former senator from Delaware is also releasing a new memoir "Promise Me, Dad: A Year of Hope, Hardship, and Purpose" this fall. Each ticket to the event will include a copy of the book.
Tickets are currently open to Schermerhorn members only but will be available for the general public on Friday, July 28 at 10:00 a.m. VIP packages are also available, which include a meet-and-greet, a signed copy of the book and premium seats within the first 5 rows.
