What's a recent event that highlights what makes it special? Teamwork and camaraderie are a very important part of what makes M3 a great place to work. Both of those things were on full display at M3's employee appreciation outing, held at Music City Indoor Karting. Each employee was able to participate in three eight-minute races on the kart track, with trophies awarded for first, second and third place.

About 6 weeks before our annual fall retreat, we divided staff into groups and asked each group to select a charity or organization to support. At our retreat party, each group gave a presentation on what it did to support the organization. Staff voted on a favorite project. Since prom was the theme, the team with the most votes had their two attendants named prom king and queen. It was a great project that benefited many local organizations and cranked up our staff.

What's a recent event that highlights what makes it special? Our bank just celebrated its 10th anniversary. We recognized this milestone with open houses at all of our locations, as well as an employee dinner/party at the local county club that included spouses/significant others.

What's a recent event that highlights what makes it special? We have two Christmas parties. This year, every Advance Financial store began offering free bill pay services to our customers, becoming the first financial services retailer to do so.
